All information will be treated as confidential and will only be given to other persons outside Swanage Therapy Centre (doctors, hospitals, other clinics or solicitors) with the signed consent of the patient or their parent or guardian if under the age of sixteen.
Retaining Your Personal Data - Whilst you are receiving treatment from our clinic we will continue to store and use your personal data. We are required to retain your personal data for 8 years from the date of your last visit.

You may request a copy of your data at any time. Please make such a request in writing or by email.
